Aroma Juvenis
Aroma Juvenis is a gentle stretching and meditation added with aromatherapy. The program rehabilitates the range of motion within your joints, so you finish feeling rejuvenated and allowing you to be more connected to your body, mind and soul.
Cardio-Blaster
Cardio-Blaster is a variety of dynamic exercises designed to boost your stamina and cardiovascular fitness. The total-body program of high and low paced workout gets your heart pumping and prepares you to advance to more challenging exercises (when you're ready)! This program aims to improve your heart and lung conditioning which will help you feel better and stronger!
Sculpt
Sculpt is one-of-a-kind hybrid workout that includes cardio and strength training for a more efficient body composition end-goal. The program will push you out of your comfort zone, making you stronger, leaner and fitter!
